PRICE
- The price can be change at any time without prior notice. The price changes will adjusted the fuel costs, exchange rates, taxes, government regulations, and other factors beyond of our control
PAYMENT POLICY
- 30% Deposit apply for guarantee booking latest 7 days after receive the confirmation
- Balance payment should be settle latest 21 days from date departure
- All the payment should be transfer to our official account, which will be informed to invoice
Additional bank charges incurred for overseas money transfers are the responsibility of guest; Sailing Trip Indonesia require receiving the full amount of the payable invoice
CANCELLATION POLICY AND SPECIAL CONDITION
- More than 100 days prior to departure, 10% cancellation fee of cruise price applies
- 99 – 60 days prior to departure, 50% cancellation fee of cruise price applies
- 59 days or less prior to departure, 100% cancellation fee applies
- During pandemic, that any Restriction Travel from Government and make the flight cancelled which will prevent the trip cruising with us. Sailing Trip Indonesia will able to offered an alternative with postpone the trip and re-schedule up to 12 month from the date of original trip based on availability without cancellation fee should the cancelled made no less than 14 days prior to departure by attaching copy of the official travel advisory (from either government or the Indonesian government) or Airlines Cancellation notice.
- There are no refunds for cancellations due to pandemic, all the payments will be allocated as a deposit and can be used for further bookings with maximum rescheduling the trip of 12 months from original date booking
FORCE MAJOR AND ITINERARY POLICY
- Sailing itineraries and daily programs are subject to change due to weather and sea conditions, availability of safe anchorage, government regulations and other factors. Program changes may take place during the cruise to take advantage of local cultural events, to adapt to sailing conditions, or in response to other factors. Sailing Trip Indonesia team will offered alternative and will inform you immediately
LIABILITIES
- By sending the payment, certify the guest agree with the policy and agree to pay compensation at full current market value to Sailing Trip Indonesia from direct or indirect claims, arising from any injury, illness, death, damage to or loss of property in any way during embarkation, carriage, activities during the Cruise and disembarkation caused by guest/ passengers.
- Agree to strictly comply with additional terms and regulations that are reasonable and deemed necessary to be enforced by Sailing Trip Indonesia or its assigned employees.
LIABILITY RELEASE FORM
- Prior to trip, we ask all passengers to sign a liability release. If taking courses a medical questionnaire is also standard, please present any medical conditions to the attention to the guide/ the scuba instructor / trip leader / dive leader and produce a doctor’s medical clearance for diving upon arrival.
DISABILITIES
- By sending the payment, the guests declare that no passenger has a mental, physical or other condition or a disability that can endanger himself or other passengers. Sailing Trip Indonesia reserves the right to cancel or withdraw anyone as a tour member at any time
